Return and Refund Policy

At Akshara Associates, we manufacture products based on confirmed specifications and bulk requirements. As most orders are custom-produced, our return and refund policy is structured accordingly.

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged during transit
• Incorrect product, size, or customization delivered
• Manufacturing defect identified
   

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

• Unused and unworn 
• Unwashed
• In original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
   

Custom-branded or made-to-order bulk products are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or confirmed error from our end.

To initiate a return:

• Email us at [your email address]
• Share order details, invoice number, and clear images of the issue
• Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days
   

If approved, return shipping instructions will be shared.

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original mode of payment
• In case of bulk orders, replacement may be offered instead of refund based on mutual agreement
   

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
